Refund Policy

We strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase from HoltDingle. If you are not completely satisfied with your controller, mouse, or keyboard, you may request a refund within 30 days of the delivery date, subject to the following conditions:

  • Eligibility: Products must be returned in their original condition, including all accessories and packaging. Items that show signs of excessive wear, physical damage, or tampering will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Shipping Costs: You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
