If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we offer a straightforward refund process in accordance with applicable consumer protection laws. Please review the terms below.
Eligibility for Refunds
You may request a refund for any item purchased from HoltDingle within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and in the original packaging. Items that show signs of wear, damage, or missing components may not qualify for a full refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items are exempt from refunds, including:
- Software or digital downloads (if applicable)
- Gift cards or promotional credits
- Products damaged due to misuse, neglect, or unauthorized modifications
How to Initiate a Refund
To start a refund request, please contact our support team via email at [email protected]. Include your order number, the product name, and a brief description of the issue. We will respond within 2 business days with instructions for returning the item.
Return Shipping
You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the product is defective or we made an error in your order. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as HoltDingle cannot guarantee receipt of returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that your financial institution may take additional time to reflect the credit.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different product, please initiate a refund for the original item and place a new order.
